Full-time permanent role with a salary of £27000 to £30000 dependant on experience.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to recruit and lead a team to bring a fresh approach to development plans we have for 2020. If you are skilled in landscaping construction with proven experience of leading a landscaping construction team and want to advance your career further this is an exciting opportunity.

The following are essential to be considered for the position:

· Proven experience of team leading in landscaping construction

· The ability to plan and organise your time on projects efficiently and cost effectively

· A sound knowledge in all aspects of the landscaping industry

· Ability to work on own initiative and as part of the team

· Must be conscientious, hardworking and able to thrive on physical labour

· A keen and willing attitude and eagerness to apply your skills

· Excellent customer liaison skills

· The ability to adhere to strict health & safety procedures

· The ability to adhere to company rules and procedures regarding tools, equipment and machinery

· A willingness to train less experienced staff

· Driving licence and own transport to get to yard
